How Can Blood Pressure Levels Be Kept Under Control?

Hi I’m fighting in a boxing match in 1 week I’ve been refused from fighting 4 months ago due to high blood pressure I’ve been to the doctor and he says i don’t suffer from high blood pressure. Do you have any advice for me that could keep my bp down on the day of the medical.. thanks William

Keep your mind cool, stress is also affected by blood pressure, so you should take proper sleep. Do exercise regularly, walking in the morning is helpful for you, and take a low salt diet.
