How Can Blood Pressure With Fatigue, Breathlessness And Pedal Edema Be Treated?

44 yrs female. wt:77 kg, BP variable but often between 130/90 and 150/95 and sometimes higher .On Eltroxin for several years (75 micrograms)
On Telma H 40 once a day since six months
Difficulties: easily fatigued , exertional breathlessness, pedal edema especially when legs not kept elevated & evenings
menstrual cycles irregular, currently spaced out -once in two months or so, calf muscles pain- off and on, off and on stiffness and pain around finger joints esp mornings
Anemia treated earlier last year
cuurent investigations: ECG and echo , ultrasound abdomen- normal
TSH 2.94
HB: 13.7, mild increase in leucocytes
ESR :42
Ferritin 49.2, B12: 153, LFT: Bilirubin (total): 2.1, Direct- 1.1, GGT: 269, ALP 223, SGPT :40, SGOT: 48
Earlier tested positive for RA factor (240+), thyroid microsomal antibody reactive (1:400)
Random cortisol: below normal range : 7.54 ( evening 6.30 sample)
