Hi, i am a diabetic.... i am taking regular medicine on breakfast, lunch and dinner before and after..... for the last 15 years.... but the sugar level not coming down.. at all it is randam around 350m, i won t take sweets. i take lunch roti and dinner rice

with your age it appears you are having juvenile diabetes. your insulin dependancy to be ruled out for medication consult dibetologist. glycolated hemoglobin may be done it will give last two weeks blood sugar status. diet and medication to be decided accordingly. be physically active take regular morning walk.
