How Can Blurred Vision Be Treated?

RI was putting in a contact lens, thought it slipped up into eye so I used my finger to mive atound the front of my eyeball I guess the cornea. It seemed tp move around loosely. The cobtact fell out so I was just moving around the cornea. Then I suddenly couldn t see clearly from the eye even with contact or glasses. No floaters or tunnel vision or spots or pain, just fuzxy vision. What should I do? My vision is blurry in the eye. Looked up info online. Think my conjuctiva is swollen and irritated causing issues. Happened very suddenly. Mike

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be that your corneas top most layer that is the epithelium go damaged due to contact lens injury. You should bandage your eye for a day after putting antibiotic drops. After a day open the bandage and continue antibiotic and artificial tear drops four times each for a week.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
