Wednesday night, at 5:05, I started coughing. This led to body aches, headache, running nose, and no energy. I immediately took DayQuil, and hours later, NyQuil. I have continued to take these meds, in addition to Advil for the headache, until today. Thursday, body was really sore, and I couldn t eat. I do not doubt that I had influenza. This morning, I was able to eat a healthy portion of oatmeal, as symptoms have gone. I ate Mac/cheese for lunch. Right now, I have diarrhea; no blood, just fluid. Is this normal after getting over the flu, or is this something else, and how long might this last? I finally have an appetite so is there something else I should eat? Thank you for your response.
