How Can Body Aches, Headache, Hot Eyes And Loss Of Appetite Be Treated?

I have had bad body aches & chills for well over 48hrs now. Aches persisting but chills have subsided a bit. But now I have a really bad headache & my eyes feel hot. Not much appetite either. Is there anything I can do to speed up my recovery process?
