My height is 147.5 and my weight is 60.2. i am 34 yr married female .kindly confirm if i can reduce weight by doing skipping. SOme say like we shouldnot do since uterus will come down. Kindly clarify and provide vegetaraian diets to reduce food. Can we use millet rice
See, skipping is not been advice for women more to reduce weight. You can do a brisk walk or even can do simple exercises but skipping more than 15 minutes is not advisable if you are not a sports person.
You can use vegetarian diets like chapathi, wheat upma, wheat idli, wheat bhath, shavige, a little bit of rice you can use, ragi balls, ragi dosa and ragi roti. All this will not cause you more fat.
You can use fruits but not sugar based juices, do not eat oily foods and spicy, do not use more of rice-based foods at all.
Drink milk but not more, use green tea, drink a glass of warm water with honey and lemon morning. Gradually, you will lose weight. Also, eat meals 6 to 8 times in smaller quantity.
