How Can Body Pain When Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia Be Managed?

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia years ago, since I have all over body pain. I recently saw an Internal Med. Doctor who gave me a prescription for Gabapentin. I have been in horrible pain for 42 years after a skydiving accident, but now I can actually can have people touch me. I haven t been able to hug anyone in all these years. What could be wrong with my body, since this med did such wonders?

fibromyalgia is a type of chronic pain syndrome ...here lies whole muscle and joint stiffness ...besides gabapentin you should try muscle relaxation and some mental relaxation techniques they will also help you
