Psychiatrist 's  Response
Chronic cannabis use for years can lead to experiencing abnormal sensations in body called as formication. Pain has not been reported or known to be a result of marijuana, it can produce disorientation, distortions, tingling sensations can be there. However, an typical presentation as like in your case can be possible. If the symptoms are a result of the drug use it should ware-off within a day or two.
if it fails to subside I suggest, a consultation of a psychiatrist will help.
