I have been trying to lose weight, no beer, sweets, snacks, pasta etc. Now.. I am losing weight. Yesterday I wAlked about 3 miles and lost another pound and as hakf. I m about two or three months, I went from 230 to 296. I m about 5 ft 10 inches. Is it still normal
