How Can Bone Spur, Cervical And Lumbar Herniated Discs Be Treated?

Am 42 years old female and have been diagnosed with bone spur, cervical herniated disc and lumbar herniated disc. It started, with the back pain, followed by neck/shoulder and last diagnosis was bone spur about two days ago? Is bone spur curable? Am really in a lot of pain especially on bottom feet.
