Hello,

There are many causes for increased bowel movements like gastritis or Irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or food Intolerance or malabsorption or infection et cetera.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Take tablet Duspatalin once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor so that he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
