How Can Bowel Be Cleared Before A Colonoscopy?

I'm 40 years old. I usually have bowel movement every 2 or some time 3 days. I have a good diet. I'm trying to prep for my colonscopy by taking Laxaday. Yesterday I took 1 dose in the afternoon with food as recommended but no luck so I took another dose at dinner. Still having no bowel movement. I'm getting worried.

Hello,
If its helping then you can shifting to another laxative like Syr Lactulose. We usually starts with 15 to 30 ml bedtime and gradually increased it upto 30 ml three times a day depending upon the response. Have plenty of water and exercises. All the best.
