How Can Brain Non Development Be Treated To Attain Normalcy?

We are from Mohali(Pb). My younger daughter of 20 years suffered about 40-50 fits of very small duration ie half to 1 minute in her childhood (at age 1 year to 12 years). After treatment (Epival syrup & Tegritol tablet) fits stopped but her brain couldnt develop normally. She is not taking any medicine now since last 8 years. Now she is 80% normal but not 100%. She has a good memory & has studied upto 8th standard. She is not completely self-dependent & not aware of her good or bad. She had undergone some medical tests like MRI/CT Scan/Skull X-Rays etc but problem couldnt be identified. We want to know if it is possible to get complete normalcy from further treatment. Also suggest us if PET imaging test in this case would be a right decision or not?
