Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Metastatic breast cancer can be spread anywhere in the body through the blood stream hence will show the symptoms according to the organs involved.
In metastasis, chemotherapy is the mainstay of treatment along with hormonal manipulations as per the reports that your Oncologist will decide through.
Also needed is symptomatic treatment that you already are taking.
To add on you need an enema as you have not passed motion for 7 days and may solve the bloating and pain.
Continue the management as told by your Doctors.
Take care.
Wishing you all the best.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
