How Can Breast Cancer Be Treated?

My mother-in-law has normal breasts before but last dec 2017, she noticed that there s a pain in one of her breasts. From then on, one of her breasts grows larger than the other and normally is painful. We haven t consulted a doctor yet because she didn t want to. Can you help us confirm if she really has breast cancer? And how could we treat it?
