How Can Breast Size Be Increased In Men?

I am a 55 year old male. I have been taking Mexican Wild Yam, Pueraria mirifica and Dong Quai in addition to massage techniques in an effort to grow more feminine breasts. I now have nearly b-cup breasts with more pronounced, VERY sensitive nipples. Is there any way to speed up this process?

You can consult a plastic surgeon and plan for breast augmentation surgery.
Medicines and topical creams does not provide good results.
