I have trouble breathing, I am tired all of the time, I have trouble staying awake during the day. I have trouble walking short distance. I smoke, have COPD and lower back pain. Can you help

You are having obstructive lung disease that is COPD.

So to relieve bronchoconstriction you can be prescribed Ipratropium Bromide like bronchodilator inhaler.

You have to stop smoking for improvement

Spirometry will guide further in management
