How Can Breathing Difficulty While Suffering From COPD Be Treated?

Thank you. I have COPD and on oxygen at night. I also use Flonase generic 2 times a day morning and night but can not breathe after I lay down because my nose is so stopef up. I live in the country amid various trees, plants and flowers. Can you suggest another med I can take with all my allergies?

I will recommend to add tab Levocetirizine two times and tablet Montelukast two times. Avoid pollen mixed air as far as possible.
