How Can Breathing Difficulty While Suffering From Hypertension Be Treated?

good afternoon doctor my husband is having hypertension since last 8 years and takes telmisartan amlodipine in combination recently on 1 june he complained of breathlessness n congestion .we approached to the doctor and in the ecg he found lbbb. he went through all the test which were fine except the thyroid n sgot levels. doctor prescribed same antihypertensive combination and a statin with clopidogrel with alzolam and ocid. now he has stopped taking ocid could this be harmful for him
