This question is for an optomologist. I am 65 years old. I have a cateract in each eye over two years ago. . The blood vessels in my left eye have burst , about 7-years ago, due to my high blood pressure that I’ve had most of my life, This is my question,,,,What does it mean when both of your eyes keep shedding tears very slowly all the time for the past 5 or 6 days or so?
blood pressure and chronic cough and constipation are some of causes for burst of conjuctival blood vessel if cause is treated then it can be prevented. now can apply cold compression so that it will stop.that is epiphora punctum dialatation and syringing is to be done.
