I have just found out that I have bronchial asthma I had a cough that wouldn't stop it was chronic but now the coughing is gone but under my rib cage I guess its the diaphragm it feels so swollen and like a rubber band is stretching back my skin especially when I lay on my back. What can I do to help me feel better?
