General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I want to ask whether these symptoms are associated with fever or not?

If yes, then I will advise you to take tablet Amox Clav, tablet Cheston Cold, and syrup Trustyl BR after physician consultation.

If these symptoms are severe, then you should go for Chest x-ray and complete blood count test after physician opinion and complete the course of medications as advised. You continue with steam inhalation, betadine gargling twice a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
