How Can Bronchitis And Breathing Difficulty Be Treated?

I have a bad cough, bronchitus chest type thing goin on.. No fever or anything such as that.. Runny Noze Ears stopped up... had this now for two weeks.. Tried Nyquil, cough stuff, Even a few breathing treatments of Albuterall. not sure of the spelling of that.. nothing seems to cut it.. I have a hard time with Steriods, and trying to avoid them at all cost... The breathing treatments really hurt my muscles.. Cramps real bad in my feet and legs... What would help with this? Thanks. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You might have bronchitis and so narrowing of bronchi leads to dyspnea. Your Auscultation should be done first. If still bronchoconstriction is present than spirometry should be done to check severity and to plan management. Chest X-ray done If needed. Rule out allergic component through CBC with AEC.

Hope I have answered your query.
