How Can Bruises On The Palms And Wrists Be Treated?

Hi i had a fight days ago n i was attacked on the forehead tremendously using the strength from the palm n wrist.. now there is two bumb near my eye brow bone. Slightly dented bruise beside one of the bumb...do feel slight pain when touching the whole area of my forehead n a sec of black out when i abt to leave home.. pls advise

can have conjuctival hemorrhage which is self limiting. apply cold compression.other thing is concusion which is brain shacking not cns involvement there will be recovery. both require observation. take few days rest.
