My 26 year old daughter has just within the last 3 days gotten what looks like busted blood vessels on her upper thigh, also several places that look like bruises. She said they hurt really bad. She has had blood work done, and everything came back normal but it is continuing to get worse
As per your case history you are having fungal infection called as Tinea Cruris.
My treatment advice is: 1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily. 2. Apply an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole cream twice daily on it. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetirizine twice daily for 7 to 10 days. 4. Other treatment options are oral Fluconazole, Itraconazole and Terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
