How Can Bruising On The Buttocks Be Treated?
Hi, yesterday I took a bad fall on holiday on the stairs and have a large bruise on my right buttock about 5 inches across and some tissue damage. I have been taking anti inflammatory and painkillers and now aspirin as I have a 11 hr flight home tomorrow. We are flying business class so have a flat lie down bed and I m not drinking alcohol at the moment. Is there anything else I can do to help?

Hi,
Bruises are nothing but a collection of blood underneath the skin.
It will settle by itself even without definite treatment.
You can apply ice packs for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persists better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
