How Can Bug Infestation On The Skin Be Treated?

I have a micro creature, that jumps on me and burrows into my skin and once dug in sucks blood in body and not sure what happens, but I have pulled many off and have pics of them in all different stages. I found the mother of the creature, produces a stem, and the creatures are produced and drop off at right time They are thousands of the babies on a microscope glass 3/4 x2.5 I cannot kill them been trying to for 4 months, tried everything

The symptoms and signs you have given are consistent with scabies or mite infestation. Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. You will improve with drugs like permethrin.
