How Can Bumps In The Vagina Be Treated?

I have bumps on my vagina from shaving incorrectly and it’s very irritating, I have a cross crountry race coming up soon and I would like not to have them while I run. Is it okay to put polysporin on them, the bumps are just above the lips and it’s hard to run 5 mile a day with them burning.

u should visit a obgyn to rule out any infection.. do nt put any medication over it before showing it to a doctor
