How Can Burning Sensation And Inflammation On The Face Be Treated?

I used tea tree oil undiluted for a week on my face and now my face seems raw, burning sensation, extremely dry and red and white bumps. My skin seems more wrinkled. The lotions that I try to moisture and stop the irritation and itching is not working. What do you recommend to help reverse the damage from the tea tree oil. YYYY@YYYY

Burning sensation and inflammation on face seems to be type of allergic reaction known as utricaria which could be due to any of ingredient of tea tree oil. I would suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid such as fluticasone, twice daily over the whole affected area and use it for 5-7 days. Drink plenty of water. Avoid usage of any hard chemical product. Wash area with plain water and apply ice pressure on it. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined to find out exact cause of lesion and start treatment accordingly.
