How Can Burning Sensation In The Nose And Mouth Be Treated?

I have nose and mouth burning/irritation. I also use oxygen at night through a bi-pap machine. Have been diagnosed with pulmomary fibrosis, scarring on the lungs. Don t use oxygen continually just mostly for exertion. What can I do to heal mouth and nose irritations? Have talked to my doctor(s), tried going off different meds, but seems to be getting slowly worse. Do use Ayr gel and spray and Biotene in mouth. Also have humidifier on oxygen concentrator and bi-pap machine. Any suggestions for healing?

can gofor warm saline gurgling and apply boroglycerine.dental checkup should be done and if dental problem it can be treated take probiotic and vit bcomplex. drink more water. electrolyte balancing should be done if deficiancy it can be supplemented by electoral.
