How Can Burning Urination Despite Taking Azithromycin Plus Be Treated?

Hi. I have burning when passing urine and at other times it doesnt burn. The tip of my penis is often irritable and burns too. The doctor put me on flagell and azithromycin plus a white injection but symptoms are still present. Urine test shows nothing to at the recent visit to the clinic

Hi,

Burning urine is mostly because by infection but if urine is clear and antibiotics not working.

I would suggest getting an ultrasound done as sometimes small stones in bladder cause pain at the penis. I would incourage to take more fluids.
