How Can Bursitis In The Hips And Thighs Be Treated?

I have been diagnosed with bursitis in my hips or outer thighs more. What can I expect from this condition. I am having difficulty getting up from a seated position and feel like my legs are weak when walking. I have already been to physical therapy.
