Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Cellulitis is the infection/inflammation of the subcutaneous tissue(tissues beneath your skin)
In most of the condition, patient require hospital admission and intravenous antibiotics.
I suggest you to consult a local hospital and get admitted there. Most of the patients impressed I’ve with antibiotics and supportive measures.
Checknyour blood sugar level to rule out diabetes.
Wishing you good health
Thanks
