How Can Cellulitis Of The Leg Be Treated?

My son has cellulitis of the leg and has been on antibiotics 2 weeks but now is very lethargic and sleeping a lot. He works 12 days on his feet for most of feet. No redness, just swollen feet at this point, my concern is he is so lethargic and seems out of it when he does wake up any ideas?

Lethargic conditions may be because of the antibiotics, as you did not mention which antibiotic is he taking. Most of the antibiotics have side effects of lethargy.
