hello Doctor.... I am 52 and have presented with celluitious spelt wrong sorry but now its back again and despite taking a penicillin product its gotten worse this has been ongoing for last three months approx. I feel ike going to emergency room because it really hot and very swollen and a bright red look on leg calk area any advice would be welcome thanking you

Once you have used antibiotics and it's has been there for so much time, I would advise you must see your doctor know to see it in more details as cellulitis for 3 months is too much. We should see to exclude other things and you may need intravenous antibiotics or at least some more potent antibiotics.
