How Can Cervical Bones Degenerative Changes With Bulging Be Treated?

sir/madam , i am 31 yrs old and got MRI done due to excessive pain in neck. The imaging revealed early degenerative changes with mild posterior bulges at C4-5 and C5-6 indenting thecal sac. what treatment should i take for the above stated problem. i am in academic field and continuous writing work has to be done.
