How Can Cervical Fibroids, Cervical Cysts While Having Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding Be Treated?

The uterus is anteverted and measures 10.51cm x 5.66cm x 7.12cm. The uterine contour and echogenicity appear normal. The endometrium measures 12.47mm. Cervical cysts are noted. LMP: continuous from beginning of June until 1 week ago Uterus: L: 10.51 cm AP: 5.66 cm TR: 7.12 cm Vol: 221.77 cc Right Ovary: L: 2.72 cm AP: 2.11 cm TR: 1.94 cm Vol: 5.83 cc Left Ovary: L: 3.14 cm AP: 1.89 cm TR: 1.81 cm Vol: 5.62 cc Endo Thickness: 12.47 mm Fibroids and Cysts Location Position Region Position Consistency Size Color Doppler Fibroid Cervical Anterior hypoechoic L: 1.9 cm AP: 1.1 cm TR: 1.3 cm Cyst Right Ovary Medial thick-rimmed L: 1.1 cm AP: 1.3 cm TR: 1 cm Masses There is a hypoechoic mass within the anterior aspect of the cervix. This most likely represents a fibroid but is of unknown etiology. Adnexa The right ovary has an thick-rimmed appearing cyst with irregular borders. This may represent a hemorrhagic cyst vs. an ovarian neoplasm. The left ovary contains a dominant follicle and appears to be WNL. Cul De Sac There is a small amount of free fluid in the cul-de-sac and a trace of fluid adjacent to the right ovary. Impression & Comment Impression: 1. The endometrium measures 12.47mm. 2. There is a hypoechoic mass within the anterior aspect of the cervix. This most likely represents a fibroid 2. There is a hypoechoic mass within the anterior aspect of the cervix.
