How Can Cervical Spine With Degenerative Discs Causing Pain Be Treated?

Hello. I went to see a chiropractor today and he asked me if I was in a car accident because of the condition of my neck. However, I wasn't. I never had any neck injury and I am young. He said I had degenerated discs in my cervical spine. It is very painful. what can be done about this?                                          b
