General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Cervical spondylosis is a common problem. Medicine has not a great role, though pain killer and muscle relaxant may help. But the most important part is to correct posture with the help of physiotherapy. This is best done and taught by a physiotherapist. So discuss with a physiotherapist and I hope that would help a lot.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
