How Can Cervix Tightness Caused By Uterus Surgery Be Treated?

hi I had surgery on my uterus and I notice since then my cervix is tighter like a virgin causing my spouse penis to bruise after intercourse. What can we do to make things better for the both of us we are both 44years old and we were fine before the surgery.
