Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain and a habit of cheek bite and teeth grinding the white patches can be Cheek bite lesions and is known as Frictional Keratosis as due to continuous trauma to the cheeks due to cheek bite there is over production of keratin as a part of protective phenomena..
As you still keep biting the cheeks there is inflammation of the mucosa leading to pain..

You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can advise you to wear Mouth Guard that would prevent cheek bite as well as grinding of teeth..
You can apply a Steroid gel and a numbing gel over the inner cheeks to reduce inflammation and pain..
Take a soft diet ..
You can gargle with a numbing mouthwash for relief from pain while swallowing as well as do warm saline gargles..
You can take Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for pain relief

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
