How Can Chest Congestion And Conjunctivitis Be Treated?
About 3 weeks ago I came down with what I thought was a really bad chest cold. Not 100% by far but much better now, problem is my eyes, probably conjunctivitis . Read about adenovirus and assume that’s my problem. Haven’t seen a doctor. Should I now.?

Yes accordingly history it could be upper respiratory tract infection.
For that Symptomatic management done.
Decongestant like levocetrizine 5 mg OD for five days can be prescribed
Salt water gargle done with warm water three times a day
Drink more water
Fruit juice more
Avoid excess spicy foods
Take care
If no improvement than further work up will be planned
