How Can Chest Congestion In An Infant Be Treated?

My 9 month old is congested, losing her voice. I had her at the doctors yesterday, but he said her lungs were fine and she just had a little fluid in the ears but just got over an ear infection. She has also had a mild fever. I just recently switched her to regular formula as well from Neutramagen. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Advice?

Your infant had upper respiratory tract infection as indicated by loss of voice, fever, fluid in ears (?otitis media)-commonly due to viral infection. Neutramigen is used for milk-related allergy and is unlikely to be of any help.
