How Can Chest Discomfort After Inhaling Sulphur Be Treated?

Hi, my name is nick, nearly two days ago myself and my girlfriend went into a sulphur mine on a volcano in java, we were given gas masks but they didnt work, the wind changed direction and we inhaled a lot of sulphur ( thought we were done for ) severe burning sensation everywhere. got to cleanish air after 10-20 seconds and managed to get out. were now in a hotel in northern bali. i still dont feel good slightly tight chest, not much apetite feeling a bit sick. my girlfriend feels better but has a skin rash nearly all over. were both quite worried. we have flights booked to new zealand on the 11th of october. what should we do? please help.
