How Can Chest Pain And Numbness In The Arm Be Treated?

My 18 yr old has chest pains that move right to left only center chest, and sometimes hard to breathe. She now has numbness and tingling in right arm. We have had chest X-ray, ekg, mri, ct scan, seen rheumatologist, tested for asma, reflux, vitamin D, sickle cell, seen a chiropractor, taken naturally meds for anxiety. She has NEVER been a complainer but this is now disrupting her life. She just cries and says it hurts. Something is def wrong because this is not usually.... any suggestions? We may even go to ER tonight. She is in so much pain.
