How Can Chest Pain Be Treated?

I stopped breathing because I did heroin. My friend saw I was in duress and gave me CPR. It s not something I do regularly and will never do again. My chest hurts really bad. I don t feel bad otherwise. Should I go to the hospital? I really do feel ok, it s just a lot of pain in my sternum.

dear
in such cases it is normal we get a myalgia after a cpr or might be a inflammation of the chest muscle and rib cartilages.
a normal analgesic topical and oral like diclonac can be beneficial.
more over for a prolonged pain a x-ray chest and a ECG to rule out the skeletal defect and any suspected cardiac causes.
hope this helps
