How Can Chiari Malformation Be Treated?

I was diagnosed with a chiari malformation about 3 months ago. I go to see a neurosurgeon in a couple of weeks. My concern is that my symptoms are getting worse and more frequent. Tonight I am running a fever and if I bend over it feels like my forehead is going to explode. Is this something I need to go to the hospital for or is it a common complaint?

Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned as you have pain present so you need decompression surgical procedure so visit your neurosurgeon soon to evaluate it and do a physical examination.

Hope that helps
