How Can Chigger Bites Be Treated?

Hello. About 6 weeks ago I got bitten by Chiggers. It spread from my ankles up to my knees maybe by scratching. I still am suffering from itching. I have used benedryl cortisone cream and cold water. I am now using lotion as my skin is dry, spotty and itches. Anything else I can do.
