How Can Chills And Fever While Suffering From Dengue Be Treated?

My brother is suffering from dengue and it s the third night. We gave him nizonide tonight after dinner and paracetamol in the evening at 4:30. At 1:40 am he started shivering and his hands and feet are very cold. Is it something I should be worried about. It s been an hour and his limbs are feeling cold to touch but he has a fever. Thermometer measures 100.9 Degrees Fahrenheit

I can understand your concern.
Dengue fever can cause fluid loss from the body. This causes hypotension and hypotension causes cold, clammy skin, hypothermia etc.
He is also having chills.
So better to take him to hospital and start Intravenous fluid to maintain blood pressure.
Paracetamol injection is required for chills.
